Elements

Here at Elements the menu is divided into a natural progression for a dinner, but you the diner are free to develop your dinner as you see fit. The menu only lists the main ingredients of each dish, so let your mind wander to what you think we are going to do with the dish and then let us try to surprise you. 

Dinner Tasting Menu

in the Beginning

~ Mussels- fennel, orange and tomato 8
~ Brussel Sprouts- red pepper and pecan 7
~ Eggroll- du jour 8
~ Shrimp- endive, green apple and goat cheese 9
~ Ravioli- potato, cheddar and sour cream 8
~ Risotto- foie gras, cherry and mustard 10
~ Chickenblue cheese and hot sauce 8

Soups

~ Bisque- shrimp and sherry 6
~ Soup- butternut squash and pecan 5

Salads

~ Romaine- asiago, parmesan and roasted garlic crustini 5
~ Spinach- gorgonzola, pickled red onions, walnuts and balsamic 5
~ Beets- goat cheese and arugula 6
~ Panzanella – Italian bread, black olive, herbs, grape tomatoes and romaine 6

~ Gnocchi- asiago and tomato 8
~ Salmon- pepper and zucchini 12
~ Trout- fingerling potato, long hot pepper and thyme 13
~ Crab- corn and wilted greens 14
~ Duck – carrot, rosemary and orange 13
~ Pork- tasso ham, black-eyed peas and rutabaga 12
~ Chicken- potato puree and natural jus 11
~ Short Rib- polenta and smoked mozzarella 13

Please be patient we cook every plate fresh and just for you… 
We prefer to cook most items medium-rare if you would like your item cooked a little more please inform your server…
